ATLAS GRAY

Atlas+Gray+photo.jpg

The artistic vision for CT Inclusive Arts classes and production, BELIEVE, grew out of the lyrically powerful anthem, by the same name, and our concert production will all tap into the etymology of the word believe and around believing, e.g. in yourself, in your community, in a better world, challenging belief systems, and exploring what we hope for.

With a diverse catalog of music and a captivating live show, Atlas Gray has toured with legendary artists such as Albert Lee, Denny Laine, and renowned producer Peter Asher. Their personal bond on and off stage is reflected within the lyrics of their songs that hint at their own stories and connect them with their listeners.

Set to release their second album later this year, entitled: Through the Dark, CT Inclusive Arts is thrilled to feature the awesome talent and passion of this rising super band of artists.

Robbie schaefer

Robbie Schaefer is a musician, songwriter, and playwright devoted to service through the arts and CT Inclusive Arts could not be more excited to welcome this prior LIVE ART guest artist to our stage.

He is the guitarist and songwriter for the indie folk band Eddie From Ohio (winners of 7 Wammie Awards; over 150,000 cd’s sold) and has released several solo albums, including his most recent, 2017′s Sounds Like Home: Songs From the Musical, Light Years.

As a solo performer Robbie has shared the stage with Sara Bareilles, Jason Mraz, Josh Groban, Michael McDonald, Keb’ Mo and Emmylou Harris, among others. His performances–intimate, witty and soulful—are little adventures, says writer/artist Jen Lemen . . .

“ . . . Robbie Schaefer lives, loves, creates music and holds space for anyone who’s up for suspending time so we can actually remember what it feels like to be human again. Aliveness is his jam and he helps us find our way by being a regular guy saying the most honest, real thing, whether it’s in a song or an insight that’s just come to him in a flash . . . ”
